Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the bike in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for heavy freight items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
